Step 2 – Planning & Quotation

Based on the survey, we prepare a transparent quotation and finalize a date/time that suits you. You’ll receive a clear breakdown of packing, labor, and transport costs.

Step 3 – Packing Day

Our team arrives on time with all materials — bubble wraps, cartons, foams, tapes, and protective covers. Each item is packed securely and labeled carefully.

Step 4 – Loading & Transport

Items are safely loaded using proper lifting tools and vehicle ramps. Our fleet of GPS-enabled trucks ensures constant location visibility.

Step 5 – Unloading & Rearrangement

At the destination, our team unloads and arranges goods as directed by you. Optionally, we provide unpacking and reassembly services.

Step 6 – Feedback & Closure

4. Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services offered by ATHOME Packers Movers. They help maintain clarity, fairness, and professionalism in every transaction.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment (usually 10–20% of total amount).

  • Cancellation made 48 hours before the scheduled move is refundable (after minimal administrative deduction).

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of move time may attract partial charges.

Service Limitations

  • We do not move hazardous materials (fuel, chemicals, explosives).

  • Live animals, jewelry, and cash are not accepted for transport.

  • Clients must inform us in advance about oversized or delicate items.

Delays & External Factors

While we strive for punctual delivery, unforeseen issues (weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns) may cause unavoidable delays. Clients are informed immediately in such cases.

Insurance & Liability

All goods transported under our care are handled safely, but we recommend transit insurance for extra protection.
ATHOME Packers Movers is not liable for losses due to natural disasters, accidents, or force majeure events beyond human control.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability of parking/loading access at both pickup and drop locations.

  • Be present (or assign a representative) during inventory verification and handover.

Verify delivery condition before signing the receipt.

5. Disclaimers

  • ATHOME Packers Movers acts as a service provider, ensuring safe handling and timely transport. However, external insurance companies manage all claim settlements independently.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on route distance and transport regulations in respective states.

  • We are not liable for delays due to traffic restrictions, strikes, or natural disasters.

  • Prices mentioned on websites or brochures may vary slightly depending on seasonal demand and fuel rates.

Customers are advised to keep original receipts and insurance copies for record.

6. Damage & Claim Policy

Despite all precautions, if any damage occurs:

  1. Report the issue immediately upon delivery.

  2. Share photos/videos of the damage with our claims team.

  3. Provide the original invoice and insurance document.

  4. Our representative will inspect the damage and assist in claim submission within 72 hours.
